PORSCHE 993 CABRIOLET (1995)

BODYWORK: Constructed from fifteen individual blocks of European beech, glued and pinned together followed by hand carving and finishing using contour templates. Following several coats of 2 part sealing laquer, the body shell is then sprayed with up to 12 coats of cellulose paint, finishing with a further 6 coats of clear gloss lacquer.


BRIGHTWORK: All hand made from brass, soft soldered together, polished and finally chrome plated.


INTERIOR:Interior panels and seats covered in black leather, reverse side used for carpets and transmission tunnel. Black leather covered dashboard and steering wheel.


WHEELS AND TYRES:5 spoke alloys cast in resin, sprayed with aluminium based paint. Tyres machined from perspex with hand cut racing treads.
