BODYWORK:A combination of steam-bent birch ply sides and laminated European beech blocks, pinned and glued, hand carved and rubbed down using profile templates. Finished with 10 top coats of cellulose paint mixed to match and lined out using flexible pvc pinstripes.


BRIGHTWORK:All hand made from brass including radiator shell fabricated from brass sheet. Each component then polished, flash copper coated, nickel plated followed by chromium plating - radiator shell being left brass.


INTERIOR:Interior panels and seats covered in fine leather dyed to match original colour. Burr walnut veneer dashboard, suede carpet dyed to match. All instrumentation correct to scale, knobs, interior handles, steering wheel etc hand made in painted brass.
